Launched:           7 June 1955 for Pacific Steam Navigation Company.

Completed:         April 1956 enterred Liverpool - Valparaiso service.

Refit:                     March 1964 converted to cruise ship

Chartered:           March 1964 to Travel Savings, jointly owned by Union-Castle, Canadian Pacific, Royal Mail Lines and

                              Max Wilson the founder.

                              June 1964 sailed with T.S.A. colours of yellow funnel with T.S.A. logo.

                              October 1964 Union-Castle became sole owners of T.S.A. and painted in Union-Castle colours.

                              1969 Ownership transferred within the Furness Withy Group to Royal Mail Line.

                              October 1973.  Purchased by Union-Castle Line.

                              May 1975. Transferred to Travel Savings Ltd., (Cayzer Irvine & Co., Ltd.,) and sold to Taiwanese breakers.

                              July 1975.  Arrived Kaohsiung.
